Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Support Analyst to deliver first-line IT support and maintain a secure, reliable technology environment across the business. This role supports both office and site-based users and requires travel to the Brisbane office and regional sites.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide IT support for incidents and service requests
- Install, configure and support end-user devices and systems
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and user access
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
- Escalate issues and liaise with vendors as required
- Support IT projects and provide occasional after-hours support
- Travel to offices and operational sites to deliver on-site technical support
Qualifications
Essential skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years in IT support or service desk roles
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices
- Familiar with ticketing/ITSM systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Education & Qualifications
- IT-related qualification (preferred)
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications (desirable)
