Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team on a project-based assignment in Balikpapan, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet our rigorous quality standards and organizational requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues while maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections, testing, and audits on products, processes, and deliverables according to established quality standards and protocols
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Document findings, observations, and corrective actions in detailed reports and quality records
  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and recommend preventive and corrective measures
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement quality improvements and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Monitor and track quality performance indicators and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records of all quality-related documentation, test results, and audit trails
  • Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to project management and relevant departments
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support the onboarding and training of team members on quality procedures and best practices

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related quality functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience with quality inspection, testing, and auditing procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in project-based environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and quality management software
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or engineering quality assurance
  • Previous experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience in a project-based or contract work environment
