At the end of this phase, if performance is strong and there is a business need, the participant will be confirmed into a permanent role in our Buenos Aires office.

As a global company, we offer the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds in a highly motivating environment.

Phase 3 – Ongoing Support & Development

As part of the program, you will continue to receive differentiated development initiatives—both soft skills and technical training—that will help you strengthen your capabilities. This will position you to continue growing within the company even after completing your assignment.
