Job Description

As a key member of the Corporate FP&A Team, the Industry FP&A analyst will play a key role in assessing and steering financial performance of all LDC industrial assets across all Platforms & Regions. The role includes delivering impactful analysis and information to Finance & LDC Senior Management around asset performance in actuals, reforecast, budget and business plan.

Main responsabilities:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly analyses of production costs and industrial Capex, explaining key variances versus budget, forecasts, and prior year.
  • Coordinate production costs and Industry Capex with Regions, Platforms, and Industrial Functions throughout budget and planning cycles.
  • Provide supporting information for Platform Operational Industry meetings.
  • Review and validate the financial performance of Industry Capex before approval and assess value delivered after implementation with the Global Competency Center.
  • Prepare the monthly FP&A presentation on production costs and industrial Capex for the Group CFO/CEO.
  • Conduct benchmark and ad-hoc analyses for Industry or FP&A Management.
  • Contribute to reporting, financial systems, and planning improvement projects (BI, dashboards, etc.).
  • Support and enhance current and future systems for platform costs and KPIs, leveraging AI when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Graduates from Economics or Business-related fields
  • Experience in Finance, particularly in analysis and forecasting processes, preferably within a multinational company (including variance analysis, budget coordination, etc.)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with enthusiasm for developing reports and working with business intelligence tools.
  • Capable of handling large volumes of information in complex settings with numerous contacts and stakeholders.
