Job Description
The Wholesale Partner Support Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist the Wholesale Sales Team. The overall goal and intent is to increase efficiency within the Wholesale Sales Channel. The Partner Support Specialist’s primary role is to provide lender support to our wholesale partners and their assigned Account Executive(s). The position has a competitive base salary and variable commissions based on purchased loan UPB for loans in your assigned AE’s pipeline. This position requires the ideal candidate to work West Coast hours.
Essential Functions/Specific Duties:
- Perform New Partner Welcome Calls explaining the loan submission and sale process and how to work with Longbridge in general
- Provide partner support- answer scenario questions, manage issue resolution on specific files, help with the usage of the ReverseVision & QuantumReverse LOS, including the inputting of loans, answering questions on loan conditions, etc.
- Frequent training of Partners via email, phone and Teams video calls/screensharing - How to use ReverseVision/QuantumReverse, how to structure a deal, how to submit a clean file, etc.
- Maintain knowledge and status of all loans in the pipeline for assigned partners
- Ensure that loans are moving through the process on a timely basis and within established SLAs
- Provide support for assigned Longbridge Account Executive(s)
- Ability to act as a backup for Partner Support Admin’s functions
- Perform administration roles within the Reverse Vision & QuantumReverse systems, to ensure accuracy and completion for all new and existing partners.
- Make ongoing contact/maintain relationships with partners, in conjunction with the Wholesale Sales Team
- Responsible for updating Salesforce CRM system
- Any other job responsibilities requested by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years Reverse Mortgage experience, preferably in both partner support and processing
- Self-motivated, proactive
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ReverseVision and QuantumReverse loan software
- Proficient in Comergence and Salesforce
- Expert knowledge of reverse mortgage products and guidelines
- Detail-oriented individual with good organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, analysis and solution oriented
- Comfortable talking on the phone, work as a team player
- Overtime may be required, must be able to work West Coast hours
- Travel may be required on an infrequent basis
- Position requires working at a computer for long periods of time
