Job Description
Logic20/20 is seeking a well-organized, efficient, and enthusiastic Accounting Clerk, with an eye for detail and accuracy, to join our Seattle-based Finance Team. This is a wonderful opportunity to have a positive impact on different areas in the Company and to expand your skillset. The successful ideal candidate will be comfortable in a small, but fast paced office environment.
The Accounting Clerk reports to the Controller and will be responsible for general accounting duties, offering administrative and bookkeeping assistance to the Accounting Team, supporting our monthly close, and confirming the accuracy of accounting database information. Your day-to-day tasks will span a wide range of activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable, ensuring bills are paid in a timely and in an accurate manner, researching vendor contracts and resolving inquiries.
- Code and enter Credit Card Transactions.
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Provide assistance and support to Company personnel.
- Reconcile and report/correct any discrepancies found in the records.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
- Constantly update job knowledge.
- Other duties, as assigned.
About you
- Computer skills: Accounting Clerks should be comfortable using accounting software and computer spreadsheets, as well as have data entry and word processing skills. Competency in MS Office, databases, and advanced Excel skills preferable.
- Detail-oriented: Attention to detail required since the Accounting Clerk is responsible for developing accurate financial records and reports.
- Integrity: Ability to use appropriately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Math skills: Aptitude for numbers and comfortable with a range of mathematical operations.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and collaborate with a team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience or a similar role.
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or any similar accounting system or ERP.
- Experience working at a professional services company is highly desired.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Wage Range: $26.50-$30.00 per hour
