Logic20/20 is seeking a Strategic Initiative Consultant to enhance our fast-growing team. This role is hybrid and will require on-site presence for part of the work week. 

As a Strategic Initiative Consultant, you will partner directly with the Chief Operating Officer and engage closely with the entire C-Suite. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, providing an unparalleled platform for career growth in consulting. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic projects, shaping the future of Logic20/20 while gaining invaluable insights and experience from top-level executives. 

Core Responsibilities: 

• Partner with the COO and work closely with the C-Suite to develop and implement high-impact strategic initiatives. 
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. 
• Analyze market trends and internal data to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities. 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives. 
• Manage the complete lifecycle of strategic projects, from planning to execution and evaluation. 

About You 

• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage and execute high-level initiatives. 
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable strategies. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership. 
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Eager to learn and grow within the consulting sector, with a passion for driving business success. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of business/technology consulting experience  
• Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. 
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. 

Compensation and Benefits 

• Washington State compensation range: $110,000 - $155,000 DOE up to $165,000 OTE  
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k).
