Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing, and optimizing existing facility infrastructure.

Locus Robotics is searching for a talented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. This remote role sits in between Locus’ internal IT support team and our customer success deployment teams for monitoring and providing technical support for ongoing ticket requests. The ideal person for this role is a champion of customer service and has very strong attention to details and time sensitive matters.

• Provide Tier II technical support for Locus Robotics primarily troubleshooting infrastructure and service tickets.
• Ensure Locus specific services are running properly by remote login to windows and Ubuntu servers.
• Troubleshoot network related matters using Meraki dashboard and other remote monitoring tools.
• Reboot devices and configure change settings for deployments.
• Collaborate with the IT and Customer Success deployment teams.

• 1+ years of remote technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail, phone, video, or chat.
• Experience using remote tools components (IPMI,DRAC, SNMP).
• Experience with Windows and Ubuntu OS installations for updates and software installations.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki and have log monitoring tool experience is a plus.
• B.S Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Very strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency with time sensitive matters.
• Strong aptitude for attention to details.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate being on call within the IT Production Support team as needed.
