Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Talent Acquisition Manager will take full ownership of the ATS workflow and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provides consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You must be comfortable working and communicating remotely, as our whole team works remotely.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategizing, planning, and executing all elements of recruiting initiatives for roles from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and position closings
Concepting, creating, and deploying omni-channel, comprehensive marketing plans to support recruiting goals
Developing cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets
Providing a high level of communication and support to all involved in the hiring process, including hiring managers, candidates, and our internal teams
Optimizing existing resources and researching, recommending, and implementing tools and processes for increased candidate engagement and interest
Measuring and optimizing candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance
Promoting employment opportunities, culture, and DEI initiatives across web and social channels
Jumping in and embracing being part of a team that is always willing to help each other – wear many hats, work collaboratively, or knock things out independently
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
Have at least 3 years of strong background in full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing strategies to meet hiring goals
Have a passion for DEIB, culture, experience, and the world of work and deeply care about the inclusion and wellbeing of all people
Experience and knowledge of Greenhouse ATS
Thrive working in a results-oriented and collaborative team setting while being extremely hands-on and agile
Consistently identify and implement strategic sourcing avenues to build a strong candidate pipeline
