Job Description
This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Are you a builder who gets a kick out of turning AI into working tools, and who can just as comfortably sit with a customer or a sales leader and talk about what their business needs? As an Associate on the Growth and Transformation (G&T) team, you will design, prototype and ship AI-powered tools and automations for our EMEAL & APAC LinkedIn Talent Solutions business, within the Sales Strategy and Operations team.
This role suits someone a few years into their career who is already hands-on with AI, whether that is building with large language models, agents and copilots or automating workflows end to end, and who wants to learn fast in a high-visibility environment. You will pair that technical curiosity with genuine business acumen: understanding how our sales teams and customers work, so that what you build solves real problems and gets adopted. You will help spot where AI can save time or unlock growth, build the first version, iterate with users and share what you learn.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, prototype and ship AI-powered tools, such as LLM assistants, agents, copilots and workflow automations, that streamline sales and operations processes and lift sales productivity.
- Spend time with sales teams and customers to understand how they work day to day, identify where AI and automation can remove friction, and turn those needs into clear, buildable requirements.
- Communicate confidently with sales leaders, reps and customers, explaining what a tool does, why it matters and how it will change the way they work, in plain business language.
- Test early versions with users, gather feedback, measure impact and refine, then support the rollout and adoption of new tools across the EMEA & LATAM region.
- Use available data (Excel, dashboards and, where needed, SQL) to size opportunities, evaluate how tools are performing and tell the story of their impact to stakeholders.
- Partner with the wider G&T team and global functions (product, technology, marketing and finance) to align on priorities and deliver projects that support LinkedIn’s growth.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a technical, quantitative or business field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, etc.).
- 4+ years in an analytical, technical or operational role (Engineering, Software Development, Analytics, Product, Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Strategy, etc..)
- 1+ years hands-on experience building with AI: apps, skill files, prompting and integrating large language models, building agents or copilots, or automating workflows with tools such as Python, LLM APIs, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience taking an AI or automation solution from idea to live use in a business setting, for example LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows or evaluating model outputs.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Comfort with Python for scripting, data handling and rapid AI prototyping.
- Experience building dashboards
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, digital tech or the Talent/Learning ecosystem.
- Ability to move between hands-on building and business conversations in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and business stakeholders, understand their needs and translate them into solutions.
Suggested Skills
- Builder mindset: a bias for prototyping, testing and shipping, and the curiosity to pick up new AI tools quickly.
- Business acumen: an understanding of how a sales organisation works and what customers value, and the confidence to hold a credible conversation with both.
- Structured problem solving: breaking ambiguous business problems into clear, buildable requirements.
- Clear communication: explaining technical work simply to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative influence: working well across functions, taking feedback constructively and bringing people along.
