This role is on our Learning product within Talent Enterprise, helping professionals build the skills they need to grow and succeed in their careers. You'll have the chance to work on our AI-powered Learning products, providing coaching, guidance, practice, and planning capabilities through many modalities of interaction across web, mobile, and desktop. As an early member of our new Bengaluru design team, you'll own a core product area end-to-end, crafting engaging, visually rich, and highly interactive experiences, and collaborate closely with engineering in-region and design and product partners both locally and in the US.

Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process 

  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements 

  • Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products 

  • Craft polished, visually rich interfaces with motion and interaction detail that make experiences feel engaging and delightful

  • Design consistent, high-quality experiences across web, mobile, and desktop

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • MDes/BDes/ equivalent degree in graphic design, design, communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 6+ years of experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications 

  • Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects independently or with some support from senior ICs or Managers 

  • Capable of influence across the respective business area and regularly engaging in cross-functional discussions 

  • Experience in delivering design solutions for unstructured problems that have some dependencies on other products/teams 

  • Rapid AI Prototyping: Ability to use tools such as Copilot or Figma Make to translate ideas and designs into functional, code based prototypes. 

  • Effectively communicates ideas to the broader organization 

  • Experience in solving structured problems that have few dependencies and dealing with a high level of ambiguity 

  • Experience designing agentic and AI/LLM-powered experiences

  • Excellent ability in visual communication 

  • Ability to contribute ideas that influence product strategy on adjacent teams 

  • An exceptional eye for visual design and craft

  • Strong motion design skills, using motion to bring interfaces to life

  • Experience designing across web, mobile, and desktop

  • Experience with gamification, designing engaging, motivating, and rewarding experiences

  • An innovative, experimental mindset who pushes into new interaction paradigms
