The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Senior Manager, Monetization Ops & Strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market/product strategy for our business. This individual will collaborate with key business partners across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations to spearhead key initiatives These include crafting new business models, optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for existing and future offerings, driving improved execution of pricing strategies, and evolving LinkedIn’s global pricing policies.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys engaging cross-functionally and presenting initiatives to leadership. In this role, you’ll lead 2–3 high-impact projects end-to-end—from data-driven analysis and customer research to crafting recommendations and presenting directly to VP-level audiences. You’ll need strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and comfort navigating complex decisions that impact our go-to-market strategy and commercial success. Responsibilities:
- Independently drive or execute high‑complexity pricing‑led or GTM monetization initiatives, proactively identifying hypotheses, framing problem statements, and planning resources and timelines for launch.
- Evaluate GTM readiness for global or regional initiatives, surfacing insights, aligning cross‑functional partners, and socializing recommendations with senior leadership.
- Develop advanced, evidence‑based recommendations to improve pricing program activation, field execution, financial performance, or revenue growth using multi‑method research.
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics for pricing programs, including forecasting deals, ensuring accurate KPI reporting, and maintaining a clear understanding of business performance.
- Solve the most complex deal exceptions and guide teams toward operational excellence, improved documentation, scalable processes, and automation opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with Strategic Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, and GTM teams, obtaining alignment on pricing impacts, resource needs, and program execution requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in pricing, consulting, banking, or other strategic & analytical role
- BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated capability to independently architect solutions for highly complex, ambiguous problems, leveraging advanced analytical modeling to drive clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to lead high impact initiatives from conception to execution, independently prioritizing workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proven track record of anticipating organizational needs and synthesizing insights across diverse workstreams to deliver well-supported, long-term strategic recommendations
- Expertise in leading the adoption of AI tools to transform operational workflows, and surface high-level insights that scale business performance
- Expertise in applying core statistical concepts and hypothesis-driven experimentation to interpret complex patterns and ensure analytical rigor in business recommendations
- Skilled in financial modeling and data analysis, with the ability to translate quantitative findings into broad commercial implications that guide executive-level decision-making
