This role will be based in Dublin.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Partners Team, based in Dublin, with a focus on working closely with SMBs in the UKI region. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales teams and partner network to drive new business development and unlock white space opportunities within the small and mid-sized business segment. You will help partners tap into LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions, supporting the growth of their business through innovative strategies.
This position is part of the UKI Channel Partner Team, where you will work directly with partners who focus on SMBs, helping them develop and implement LinkedIn’s solutions to support new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute new business development strategies by working closely with the LinkedIn sales team and partners targeting SMBs across the UKI region
Identify white space opportunities and collaborate with partners to introduce LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions
Build strong relationships with your sales stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration with partners
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they understand and effectively use LinkedIn’s products to grow their business
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to explore growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of LinkedIn’s value
Provide insights on market trends and new business opportunities to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Work independently as direct manager is based in London
Support the operational management of partners, including enablement, performance tracking, and updating partnership agreements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in the recruitment or media sectors
Experience working with partners who focus on SMBs market
Proven track record in new business acquisition and partnership growth
Fluent in English (knowledge of other European language is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Rec-Tech experience in sales and / or partnerships
Experience working with partner eco-systems, ATS & Programmatic Job distribution platforms
Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
Experience meeting or exceeding business development targets
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients
Expertise in the Talent Solutions market and understanding of SMB needs
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong data analysis skills, using insights to drive business decisions
