Job Description

Location- Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon

The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented LinkedIn Ads Activation & QA Specialist to support the setup, execution, and quality assurance of LinkedIn Ads campaigns. This role is responsible for translating campaign requirements into fully built and launched programs manually or using AI automation within LinkedIn Campaign Manager, while ensuring all campaigns meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. In addition to campaign activation, this individual is also responsible in QA’ing other team members’ build and launch of LinkedIn ads. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Development & Execution 

  • Build, configure, and launch LinkedIn Ads campaigns in Campaign Manager based on defined requirements including campaign structure and hierarchy, budget allocation and scheduling, audience targeting, and monitoring delivery 
  • Support high-volume campaign production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across programs 
  • Leverage tools, automation, and repeatable processes to scale campaign setup efficiently 

Quality Assurance  

  • Ensure campaigns of other team members are thoroughly validated prior to launch, including: 
  • Targeting accuracy and audience exclusions 
  • Budget, bid strategy, and pacing alignment 
  • Creative correctness (formatting, links, UTMs, naming conventions) 
  • Campaign structure and objective alignment 
  • Partner with campaign managers to confirm readiness for activation and highlight risks or gaps  
  • Support troubleshooting of campaign setup issues and resolve discrepancies pre- and post-launch 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Provide clear feedback on feasibility, dependencies, and timelines based on technical requirements  
  • Communicate QA findings and required fixes in a clear, actionable manner  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 3+ years professional experience 
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in paid media operations, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, campaign activation, or digital advertising execution 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • BA/BS degree 
  • Experience owning or contributing to QA processes for email or marketing automation programs 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Experience with bulk uploads, automation tools, or campaign management platforms is a plus  
  • Comfort working with data and spreadsheets to manage campaign inputs and validation 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality mindset 
  • Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
