We’re looking for a Director-level leader to build and lead this capability - responsible for LinkedIn-on-LinkedIn advertising (marketing our own products on the LinkedIn platform) and email operations and marketing execution across all Lines of Business.

This role sits within the Marketing organization and will lead a globally distributed team of 40+ marketers, with 4 direct reports, spanning multiple time zones. This leader will shape not just campaign operations and execution, but how work gets done - evolving workflows, tooling, and operating models to deliver greater speed, efficiency, and measurable business impact.

The role is part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team within LinkedIn’s Growth, Performance & Operations (GPO) organization. The CSO mission is to create demand, convert demand efficiently at scale, and deliver value by increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing.  CSO owns the planning, execution, optimization, innovation and stewardship of Paid and Owned media. • Partner cross-functionally to deliver One LinkedIn impact
  • Establish strong governance, quality, and performance accountability

  • 13+ years’ experience in digital marketing

  • Deep expertise in digital advertising and email marketing platforms (Adobe preferred)
  •  Experience building and scaling in-house agencies or centralized marketing operations functions, including defining operating models, governance, and resource allocation frameworks
  •  Proven ability to design and operationalize global workflows (intake, prioritization, resourcing, and capacity planning) across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong track record of establishing KPI frameworks, measurement strategies, and reporting systems that drive performance accountability and continuous optimization
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional partners on strategy, trade-offs, and prioritization
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change, including evolving team structures, introducing new ways of working, and driving adoption of tools and processes
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on scalability, quality, and continuous improvement in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  •  Ability to connect day-to-day marketing execution to broader business strategy, informing investment decisions and driving alignment with company priorities
