Job Description
This role can be based in Mountain View/Sunnyvale.

We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Senior Product Manager to build new experiences to help drive Top of Funnel growth for LinkedIn, introducing new members to our products and re-engaging existing members with our value props via new experiences. In this role, you will deliver 0->1 experiences, creating member value, measured in weekly active usage. The role requires an ecosystem thinker, who’s able to empathize deeply with users, with a keen eye for design, while being extremely data driven and outcome oriented. It is a highly impactful role that’s critical for LinkedIn’s future growth and success in accomplishing its mission.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with cross functional teams including design, engineering, data, marketing, business operations and others to bring delightful experience for members to market, that integrate into the LinkedIn ecosystem creating member value.
Build user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive, rooted in member research and empathy.
Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve member challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems, create value for members.
Run iterative A/B tests to gain learnings from experiments and identify product-market-fit for products.
Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn.
Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning.
Have a high excellence bar and results orientation to ensure products delivered provide real value for members at scale.
Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications:
MS degree in a technology-related field or MBA
Experience in consumer product and fast A/B testing oriented environment
Experience building web/mobile consumer products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

The pay range for this role is $146,000-$238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
