We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Program Manager, Global Talent Development Learning Operations.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across all learner program offerings, ensuring a seamless experience for our learners. The Senior Program Manager, Global Talent Development Learning Operations will drive our learner program marketing efforts globally, ensure consistency in our reporting processes, using data to identify trends and areas of opportunity. The successful candidate will implement our operations processes, exploring refinements to improve efficiency and will manage relationships with key stakeholders. 

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and operations, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record in L&D and/or HR operations with a proven ability to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of learning experiences with high business uptake. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in project management, introducing and implementing process improvements to improve efficiencies with strong stakeholder management skills. This is an 11-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:  

Learning Program Planning and Operations: 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for learning program operations. 

  • Partner with Global Talent Development Learning Operations Team to execute on learning program schedules. 

  • Develop and implement consistent processes for learning operations globally. 

  • Continuously assess and enhance learning processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Implement process improvements based on feedback and industry best practices. 

Reporting and Quality Assessment: 

  • Establish consistency in reporting processes across Global Talent Development Learning Operations Team. 

  • Partner with the People Analytics Team on establishing and executing on reporting requirements for the Talent Development organisation. 

  • Prepare monthly report on team progress against key objectives, sharing insights and trends. 

  • Prepare quarterly report for Talent organisation operations review meeting. 

  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. 

Program Marketing & Team Communications: 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote learning programs internally ensuring high business relevance and uptake.  

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development COEs, and the HR and Talent Development Communications Team to create compelling content and communications to drive program participation. 

  • Implement and update learning program descriptions in Cornerstone and on other relevant platforms like TransformIn. 

  • Implement and update a global learning programs calendar. 

  • Maintain regular Talent Development communications cadence with key stakeholders. 

Management of Operations Processes 

  • Management of global learning request intake process. 

  • Implement needs analysis process quarterly in partnership with Global Talent Development Learning Operations Team.  

  • Ensure a streamlined and user-friendly experience for employees engaging with Talent Development globally. 

Stakeholder Relationship with Learning Services Team & Global HR Tech Team: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including the regional Learning Services Teams and Global HR Tech Teams. 

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives with key stakeholders to enhance the overall employee learning experience, particularly in relation to our Learning Management System and cross-functional processes. 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

  • 10+ years work experience including 3 + years of experience in L&D, or a wider HR related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in L&D, HR or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience. 

  • Proven experience in learning and development operations and program management.  

  • Strong analytical skills incl. the ability to present insights from data. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills., including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgement, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands. 

  • Expertise in managing learning programs and reporting in LMS (learning management systems) and in particular Cornerstone is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends around learning strategy, learning operations and effective measurement of learning interventions.
