This role will be based in San Francisco or New York.

You would take point on our hiring efforts for the Product Design org, work directly with Design leadership, and have lots of support around you. If you are driven, have a high bandwidth, and an eye for visual design, and thrive in building relationships, then this could be a good fit for you. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Use analytics, creative tools and strategy to attract key talent for your searches  

  • Create and execute on impactful strategies to find, engage and hire diverse talent and bravely champion diversity as our competitive advantage  

  • Make recommendations for recruitment strategy and the use of LinkedIn products and tools  

  • Work with Product Leadership and hiring managers to fill challenging openings

  • Develop talent pipelines and nurture candidate relationships for future opportunities at LinkedIn  

  • Deliver feedback on LinkedIn tools to LinkedIn product team members for product improvements  

  • Full‐cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple job requisitions for numerous hiring managers  

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles, write captivating job descriptions and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates  

  • Brainstorm with the hiring manager to assemble powerful sourcing strategies   to build diverse slates of talent   for each search; then research, Inmail, call and interview candidates you identify  

  • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process: understanding their needs, qualifying their competency and culture fit, supervising the interview process, and CLOSING!  

  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly  

  • Collaborate with the entire LinkedIn Recruiting Team to share best practices  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :  

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience  

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting   

Preferred Qualifications :  

  • 5+ years recruiting for Product Design roles  with a strong understanding of visual design 

  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience  

  • Understanding of learning and development, HR business partners, compensation and benefits, recruiting, talent management, talent operations and analytics and HRIT  

  • Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness  

  • Possess a strong client-focused attitude and aptitude  

  • Ability to build a robust network of top talent by gaining market intelligence  

  • Ability to partner with recruiters and members of the Talent Acquisition Organization  

  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
