We are looking for a Sr. Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager to join the Creator and Partnerships & Experiences team during an exciting time for the brand and business. The Brand Partnerships function specifically focuses on unlocking new ways to elevate our brand in culture and drive growth for the business by aligning with strategic brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing brand partnerships to life and will be involved in every stage of the work from relationship management, strategic and creative brief development, stakeholder alignment, contract negotiation, and measurement. You will work across many cross-functional teams, such as Business Development, Brand Creative, Brand Social, and Comms.
Since no brand partnership is the same, the ideal candidate will be comfortable stewarding the process end-to-end while being able to flex in real-time for each brand partner. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading complex brand partnerships, managing external relationships, be both a creative and strategic thinker who can unlock interesting ideas, and have strong collaboration skills to drive work forward across many functions. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for culture and entertainment!
Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated partnerships and bring them to life: manage program end-to-end from conception to overall orchestration
- Work closely with creative teams to develop effective briefs and workshop sessions that unlock compelling insights and ideas
- Maintain a good pulse on LinkedIn business priorities and be able to adapt across different partner needs and goals to create mutually beneficial campaigns
- Pilot new partnerships with cross-functional partners across business units to reach new audiences
- Develop internal and external presentation decks that inspire both internal and external teams to drive conviction and communication the impact of the work
- Work closely with measurement teams to create learning plans and measure the impact of each partnership and optimize for future activations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of consumer marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing brand partnerships for a consumer tech, media, or global CPG brand that is mission-driven
- Strategic thinker, curious, self starter, not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Confident navigating ambiguous projects and influencing without authority
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop deck presentations and communicate to various levels of seniority
- Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Passion for the social media space and cultural zeitgeist

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
