Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our web growth for LinkedIn Learning. In this role you will create best-in-class web experiences, content strategies, web growth drivers, testing and performance management. 

You will be responsible for defining key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our Business Unit, Analytics, Design & Production, SEO, and WebTech teams to deliver innovative experiences for our users. You will contribute to the global web vision while prioritizing and defining requirements and optimizations for the LinkedIn Learning web experience. You will work with talented cross -functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and journeys to deliver on LinkedIn Learning business objectives. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Web strategy and experience optimization: develop plans of action to educate and engage prospects and customers, and drive conversion rate improvements for LinkedIn Learning. 
  • Web performance management: Measure website performance and understand key customer journey paths to evolve for the optimal experience.  
  • Personalization and Experience Testing: Partner with BU marketers, CRO marketers, Design, Web Dev and Marketing ops to generate test briefs, refine testing methodology and roadmaps, and evangelize learnings. 
  • Localization and regional adoption: Develop relevant, localized content for audiences in partnership with regional Marketers and/or  agencies to drive LinkedIn Learning  growth in international markets. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define, implement, and optimize website design and content strategies to achieve business objectives, drive up conversion. 
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences 
  • Partner closely with LinkedIn Learning demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure the web experience reflects the business strategy, narrative, and revenue objectives. 
  • Partner with CRO lead to define and develop, A/B Tests, and user flow experiences to drive growth. 
  • Execute tactical initiatives based on analysis of performance, marketing technology, market opportunities and best-practices/industry developments. 
  • Drive a variety of web production projects leveraging cross-vertical teams of dedicated internal resources: designers, developers, engineers, editors, social media marketers. 
  • Optimize LinkedIn Learning experience (traffic, conversion, revenue, friction, visitor engagement, time on site and technical site performance) 
  • Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities, take the lead on executing them, measuring them, and optimizing their performance. 
  • Brief and work with internal and external agencies on design and implementation projects 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience  
  • 3+ years of web marketing, web strategy or related marketing or product experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing web experiences to drive growth. 
  • Ability to analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across product, demand generation, and customer marketing. 
  • Proven track record of mapping and articulating customer journeys from entry to conversion. 
  • Competency in Web and business analytics tools and reporting (ex. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics) 
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
