LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is looking for a Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations (GTM Ops) Manager to help build an advertising platform business that will turbocharge the growth of our clients. As a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager, you will partner with senior sales and operations executives to crack the most important strategic problems in the Marketing Solutions business. You will also be responsible for leading, executing and scaling operational and planning processes that are key to our success. 

Our GTM Ops team is at the core of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS), enabling us on our journey to become the true B2B digital advertising partner that top companies need. As LinkedIn Marketing Solutions continues to grow at a breakneck pace, the strength of our sales team, product and organizational structure must grow with it. This position offers a candidate with consulting, investment banking, finance, go-to-market/sales/business operations or analytics experience an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of a significant portion of LinkedIn’s overall business.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead – Lead strategic and operational projects impacting the Sales and GTM Ops org (e.g. GTM strategy development, client intel, process improvement and automation) 
  • Partner – Advise senior members of sales organization on growing their business by making data-driven, actionable recommendations to achieve their long-term priorities 
  • Plan - Design, build and optimize sales territories on a semi-annual basis​.  Partner with sales to identify and prioritize investments 
  • Analyze – Identify and track against KPIs to inform leadership on health of business 
  • Optimize – Drive operational efficiency through short & long-term process optimization 
  • Influence – Establish strong working relationships with peers in other GTM Ops and cross functional teams (such as Biz Ops, Finance, HR) and represent your org in LMS wide projects as an advisor to ensure your stakeholders’ objectives are addressed 
  • Support – Coach your team on big picture thinking and operational rigor; mentor team with a focus on skill and career development 
  • Pivot – Be flexible, as something unexpected always comes up and be willing to get your hands dirty in operational tasks

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree 
  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, go-to-market/sales/business operations, or an analytical/operational role 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 1+ years of experience managing a team 
  • Proven track record of leading both strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment 
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations 
  • Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks 
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills  
  • Extreme attention to detail (minimizing defects) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this role is [$112,000 to $180,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
