Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter Associate to join our Engineering Recruiting team in identifying, screening and hiring qualified candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn. You will use our core product, LinkedIn Recruiter, to source top talent and partner closely with Senior Recruiters throughout the full lifecycle recruiting process. Our Technical Recruiting Associate Program will provide you with the proper training to succeed in recruitment while being immersed in a supportive, innovative, hardworking, and industry leading company.

Responsibilities 

  • Use LinkedIn’s Recruiter tool to identify top talent for your specific job requisitions 

  • Source candidates to work at one of the most prestigious companies in the world 

  • Connect with and engage candidates by sending “InMails” 

  • Conduct phone screens to qualify these candidates for our Senior Recruiters 

  • Follow up and monitor candidates to ensure positive candidate experience 

  • Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress 

  • Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value

Location:  The program will be a combination of in-person and remote training. All candidates must currently reside in the Bay Area. 

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US for LinkedIn without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. 

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or 1+ year of working experience, inclusive of internships and volunteer positions. 
     

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Exposure to lead generation, sales, marketing and/or recruiting 

  • Exceptional phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as outstanding organizational skills 

  • highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail 

  • Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
