Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-centric marketer to join the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Customer & Lifecycle Marketing team. We are global advocates of the customer experience who are responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end programs that build trust, drive product usage, and deliver customer value. In this role, you’ll lead late-stage lifecycle programs (loyalty, advocacy, retention) by creating campaigns that are centered around customer needs, accelerate their success, and reinforce the value our solutions provide to them. We’re looking for a marketer who is able to think strategically, use data to drive decisions, and can thrive in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Data Science, Insights, Product Marketing and Sales/Customer success teams to gain deep customer understanding of the challenges and triumphs that our users encounter

  • Develop and implement marketing programs that leverage data and insights to increase customer product adoption, utilization, retention, and growth

  • Project manage and deliver campaigns built with complex personalized logic delivered through behavior-based triggers to meet customers where they are and take them further

  • Own content and creative strategy development to maximize customer success at scale and reinforce the value of LinkedIn investments

  • Program manage email, web, and in-product campaign launches by partnering closely with Marketing Operations

  • Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency

  • Present regularly on program performance and learnings to Sales and Marketing stakeholders

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy or related field
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in an online B2C or B2B business (preferably SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing)

  • Experience with marketing automation, email and web marketing

  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues, frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively

  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of testing methodologies, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly

  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong messaging, content development and writing skills

  • Strong time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities

  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
