    We are hiring a Director to be part of our leadership team in our Global Clients Program. This is an opportunity to scale our largest customers across EMEA & LATAM.

      Responsibilities   

    • Lead a team of Global Client Directors based in EMEAL  
    • Assist in developing a compelling, unified narrative and value proposition for all LI Products and services.  
    • Develop solutions, define and maintain an optimal go-to-market approach which aligns with our business. 
    • Model organizational structure across EMEAL 
    • Develop a clear and comprehensive understanding of the entire suite of LinkedIn products (LTS, LMS, LSS, Glint & LLS) 
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market practices and processes in order to act as a thought leader in identifying new business opportunities for LinkedIn and to drive high engagement rates, generate and achieve territory forecasts and accurately predict revenue to senior leadership 
    • Direct involvement with the mentoring and development of our most senior sales professionals including hiring, developing and retaining LinkedIn Global Global Client Directors. 
    • Inspire and motivate employees on a daily basis and bring innovation to the sales process to help accelerate our market growth trajectory, develop and execute against a focused sales strategy to 
    • Grow new business across our largest customers, leverage relationships across all business lines in order to drive new product launches and build awareness for new features and functionality, 
    • Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team while constantly seeking to introduce innovative and scalable processes,  
    • Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer and member satisfaction 
    • Some travel will be required. 

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications   

    • 10+ years experience of managing teams selling into large customers across multiple industries. 
    • 5+ years experience managing managers and developing a team.  

      Preferred Qualifications   

    • Ability to effectively hire and motivate seasoned sales professionals. 
    • Proven track record of overachievement against ambitious revenue and growth goals.   
    • Proven track record in delivering significant growth in organisations of this size bringing expertise that can accelerate this journey.  
    • Deep analytical knowledge and expertise.  
    • Experience operating within a matrix with a proven ability to influence without authority.  
    • Experience partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.  
    • Applies clear prioritization criteria and impact assessment framework to make decisions and take action.  
    • Passion for leadership through inspiration, compassion, and managerial excellence.
