Job Description
Purpose: The Benefits Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Funding, Trial Coordination and Client Navigator Teams and to customers working with Lingraphica. This role includes cross-team collaboration as well as interacting with Lingraphica customers, including but not limited to people with communication challenges, caregivers, and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report insurance benefits, trial requirements, and assist customers in overcoming financial obstacles
- Facilitate completion of Good Faith Financial Assessments
- Reviews completed Good Faith Financial Assessments and reports results internally and externally
- Follow up with customers to ensure good communication and accurate information
- Assist customers with questions about their benefits
- Maintain company standards for CRM procedures
- Assist other members of other teams as needed
- Collect and report on key metrics within the Funding Team
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Skills, Competencies, and Experience:
- General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Ability to deliver a superior customer experience
- Strong phone skills
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanor when assisting customers
- Ability to identify and address the needs of customers; offer meaningful and timely information in response
- Proactively report trends and customer feedback, and recommend/implement creative solutions
- Strong communication skills with both external customers and internal departments
- Workload flexibility, open to change, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to adjust to the needs of people with disabilities
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), required
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, Zoom, preferred
- 1 year experience in healthcare related environment such as rehabilitation, insurance, or medical clinic, preferred
Additional Information
Travel Requirements:
Travel to Lingraphica’s home office and to cities within the continental United States for company related meetings and conferences required 2-4 times per year.

Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. Must be able to operate a computer with or without a reasonable accommodation.
