Job Description

Purpose: 

The Trial Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and to customers working with Lingraphica. This role includes cross-team collaboration as well as interacting with Lingraphica customers, including but not limited to people with aphasia (PWAs), caregivers, and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report insurance benefits and assist customers in overcoming financial obstacles
  • Facilitate completion of Financial Assistance Applications; evaluate eligibility
  • Obtains documentation from SLPs and customers (insurance cards, consent forms, assignment of benefits forms, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain contact with customers through informal outreach and scheduling consultations
  • Assist Clinical Consultants (CCs) and customers during trials with basic tech procedures
  • Schedule consultations/trainings for CCs
  • Conduct SLP and communication partner device training sessions
  • Conduct non-clinical calls, recall and assign equipment, order accessories/equipment, and other assigned duties
  • Assist customers with questions
  • Serve as a back-up to other support personnel
  • Maintain company standards for CRM procedures
  • Assist other members of the sales team as indicated
  • Collect and report on key metrics within the Sales Team

Qualifications

Education & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, Zoom
  • 1 year experience in healthcare related environment such as rehabilitation, insurance, or medical clinic
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
  • Basic knowledge of common communication disorders
  • Ability to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Strong phone skills
  • Maintains a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Ability to identify and address the needs of customers; offer meaningful and timely information in response
  • Proactively report trends and customer feedback, and recommend/implement creative solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both external customers and internal departments
  • Workload flexibility, open to change, and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to adjust to the needs of people with disabilities

Additional Information

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • The Trial Coordinator primarily works remotely and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
  • The ability to operate a computer with or without a reasonable accommodation is required.

Travel: 

  • Travel to Lingraphica’s home office and to cities within the continental United States for company related meetings, and conferences may also be required 1-2 times per year.
