Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client seeking experienced QA Specialists based in Poland with a strong background in reviewing transcription work.

This is a final validation role, where you will review completed transcription tasks prior to delivery to the client. Your work will directly contribute to the development of AI speech recognition models, making accuracy and attention to detail essential.

Please note, this is not a transcription role—it is strictly focused on quality assurance.

• Review full audio files to ensure accurate segmentation
• Validate transcription accuracy, completeness, and alignment with audio
• Ensure correct spelling, grammar, and formatting compliance
• Verify proper accent identification
• Ensure full adherence to project guidelines and quality standards
• Identify errors and provide clear, actionable corrections

• Must be physically located in Poland or Cyprus
• Proven experience as a QA reviewer on transcription projects
• Experience reviewing segmented audio and corresponding transcripts
• Familiarity with acoustic data annotation
• Native-level proficiency in the target language
• Strong English reading comprehension skills
• Excellent knowledge of spelling and language conventions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to consistently apply detailed guidelines

• Fully remote role with flexible hours
• Project duration is estimated at 1–2 months, with an average commitment of approximately 20 hours per week
• Work volume may vary based on business needs, with the flexibility to accept or decline tasks בהתאם to availability
