Company Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to support a large-scale Salesforce CRM transformation initiative. This engagement focuses on improving Sales and Customer Success operations through system configuration, feature development, integrations, and ongoing platform support.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create standard SDLC artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Functional Specifications, and System Design documentation.
  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, and workflow analysis.
  • Configure declarative Salesforce solutions and automations.
  • Own and contribute to Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configurations.
  • Provide day-to-day support to engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Design and execute Unit, QA, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Contribute to change management efforts in partnership with training and communications stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively within Agile frameworks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification(s).
  • Hands-on administrative and declarative experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Business Analysis experience supporting Sales or Customer Service teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Page Layouts, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Case Management, Case Routing, and Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and ReactJS.
  • Integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Data Extensions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Advanced Administration certification or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Marketing Cloud experience including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript, and SQL.
  • Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications.

Required Tools & Platforms

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Git, JIRA, Postman, and VS Code.

Location, Time & Engagement

  • Location: LATAM or APAC.
  • Time Zone: Must have working overlap with CST.
  • Engagement: Contract (April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Remote.
