Summary
We are seeking a Principal Content Strategist to partner directly with executive leadership in shaping and delivering high-impact strategic narratives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and visual design, translating complex initiatives into compelling executive-ready presentations and visual storytelling experiences. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to bring approved narratives to life across internal and external executive forums. This role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and exceptional presentation design craft. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with executive leadership to operationalize strategic narratives into high-impact visual storytelling assets.
- Translate strategy, roadmaps, initiatives, and priorities into clear, data-informed executive storylines.
- Design end-to-end presentation experiences for internal town halls, leadership meetings, board updates, investor communications, vendor discussions, and client events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between messaging direction and visual execution.
- Build scalable storytelling frameworks, standards, and templates while delivering polished work under tight timelines.
- Adapt content design approach based on audience, forum, and business context.
- Maintain high quality across both rapid-turnaround requests and longer-term strategic initiatives. - Provide thoughtful pushback and advocate for clarity, focus, and narrative integrity.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in content strategy, product marketing, client-facing design, or a related field.
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite or executive-level leaders.
- Exceptional presentation design and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Strong narrative instincts with the ability to translate complex or technical subject matter into executive-ready materials.
- High data literacy, with experience leveraging metrics and insights to shape strategic narratives.
- Experience designing content for executive forums such as board meetings, investor updates, and leadership events.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Ability to operate at variable speeds without sacrificing quality.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with technology platforms and product strategy.
- Experience working closely with communications, public relations, or investor relations teams.
Additional Information
Required Tools & Platforms
- Advanced presentation design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar platforms).
- Data visualization tools or analytics platforms as needed to inform storytelling.
Location, Time & Engagement
- Contract engagement through March 31, 2027.
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Open to candidates located in the US or LATAM.
- Must be able to work in CST-aligned time zones.
- Fully remote.
