Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr iCIMS Administrator to provide general system support, enhancements, and new feature implementations within our iCIMS ATS environment. This is a 6-month contract engagement supporting the team during a temporary leadership absence.

The iCIMS platform supports job posting, applications, and key integrations including Indeed Apply / Apply Network. This role requires a strong technical problem solver who can investigate issues logically, partner with the business on solution design, and own technical projects end-to-end.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the iCIMS ATS platform
- Investigate and resolve system issues using structured, logic-driven troubleshooting
- Implement enhancements and new feature configurations
- Support and maintain API integrations, including HR data mart reporting integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and restructure recruiting and sourcing workflows
- Support and maintain integrations with Workday (understanding integration processes and data flow)
- Partner with business teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Own technical projects from requirements through implementation

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on iCIMS administration experience
- Strong technical problem-solving ability
- Experience using logic-driven investigation and solutioning approaches
- Recruiting or Talent Acquisition systems background
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience setting up and maintaining iCIMS APIs and integrations
- Experience building or restructuring recruiting/sourcing workflows and entrance criteria
- Experience with HR data mart (reporting) API integrations
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and understanding how ATS integrations function
- Experience leading or owning technical projects with a strategic mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience maintaining iForms or managing iForm updates through iCIMS support
