Job Description

  • Manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and vacation balances.
  • Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS system.
  • Oversee contract preparation, renewals, and coordination.
  • Handle the full recruitment process: posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Support employee relations and assist with disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate employees’ benefit programs.
  • Assist with staff training programs and development initiatives.
  • perform other related HR tasks, for example engagement events, programs, surveys, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports and support decision-making through data analysis.
  • Support HR communication and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human resources, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in Industrial or FMCG sectors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and organized personality.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & high communication skills.
  • Technical HR skills are a must.
  • HRIS experience is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
