Company Description
Lesaffre Egypt for yeast industries is an Egyptian joint stock company for producing baking yeasts and yeasts extract. We are 100% owned by the holding company and part of Middle East & Africa baking region.
Lesaffre Egypt was established according to the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997, and registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Cairo Investment authority under No. 65570 on April, 14, 2013.
Our main operational purpose is to establish, manufacture, and package yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeasts extracts. These many forms and types are then used within food products, animal feed, bread-making and bread improvers, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.
In October 2014, Lesaffre Egypt for yeasts industry (S.A.E) began effectively managing the acquired company.
Lesaffre Egypt’s main office is located in the Giza Governorate of Sheikh Zayed City while the factory is placed in the Nubaryia Industrial Area of El Beheira Governorate. We also have a Baking Center and Logistics Warehouse in 6th of October City. Currently, We employ more than 200 individual
Job Description
- Managing sales reps of Distributors.
- Distributor’s sales-out to the market to achieve / exceed the budget.
- Collecting and reporting market / customers data / Info I our system.
- Stock management of distributors.
- Open new customers to distributors.
- Handle customer issues.
- Promoting new products and any special promotions.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Prepare field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyse competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Supervise day to day activities to implement the organization’s sales strategy for an assigned region
- Conduct regular and constant visits to the market evaluating potential areas, customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and offers solutions and support.
- Meet all sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
Experience: 4–7 years in FMCG and distributor management.
Sales Management: Ability to manage distributor sales reps and drive sales-out to meet/exceed budgets.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, competitor pricing, and sales strategies.
Operational Skills:
Stock management of distributors
Collecting and reporting customer/market data
Preparing sales documents and field reports
Customer Management:
Opening new customers for distributors
Retaining existing customers through prompt service
Handling customer issues and promoting new products
Business Development: Building new customer base, identifying opportunities, and supporting promotions.
Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, and disciplined reporting.
