Job Description
We are seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, control panels, automation systems, and process instrumentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Carry out calibrations, adjustments, and tuning of sensors, transmitters, and other instrumentation devices.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and plant documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure proper functioning of the facilities.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Comply with safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma of Technical Expert in Maintenance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical, electronic, automation, and process instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with the use of measurement, diagnostic, and calibration tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
- Basic knowledge of English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiar with GMP
- Good knowledge of specific softwares to manage maintenance and calibration activities.
