Notes:
Someone with experience of 4-6 years. Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably if they have industrial engineering or bio-med engineering, mech, electrical, electro-mechanical will be good. Medical Device experience is a must have. Experience or internship with animal tissue will be great. Continuous improvement experience. Lean & Six Sigma will be required. CAPA experience. ISO, FDA, GMP are important elements, someone with medical device exp will be able to suffice on that. Exp working in the engineering realm or Production supervisor will be a must. Experience with New  Product Introduction will be great to have in the manufacturing line. Supply Chain realm experience will not be considered. Need to work in a clean room environment. Need someone who is Pro-active and is a go getter. Some travel involved maybe to Brazil, Costa Rica or Europe, 5-10% and hence, valid passport is needed. Bi-lingual English with Portuguese or Spanish. 100% onsite role. Non-locals are okay who are willing to relocate at their own expense. This is a contract to hire role. Master's degree in the right realm like industrial will be okay.

• Six Sigma Tools
• Analytics Organization Communication – able to communicate with multiple levels of leaders.
• Microsoft Suite
• Degree in Engineering - Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Medical Device Experience is preferred (especially within tissue is a plus)
• Curriculum trains students in skills required to perform assignments.
