About the role
Within Lendi Group, Seller Assist partners with real estate agents and broker customers to help vendors sell well and to capture high‑quality home loan and Seller Assist referrals. The Seller Assist – Sales Associate plays a critical role in converting these opportunities into appointments and, ultimately, settled outcomes.
The Seller Assist – Sales Associate is responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting leads from various channels into qualified appointments for Seller Assist Customer Service Managers (CSMs).
This role bridges relationships between broker customers, real estate partners and Seller Assist CSMs to drive conversion and engagement through outbound prospecting, proactive follow‑up and structured pipeline nurturing, converting prospects into Seller Assist clients.
In this role you will: Hone your sales skills in a high‑activity, phone‑based environment. Learn the ins and outs of the home loan and vendor journey, including refinance and purchase scenarios. Build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in mortgage broking,real estate, finance or fintech.

Job Description
Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage Australia-based inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources, including broker referrals, Seller Assist referrals, website enquiries, cold outreach, and internal or partner networks.
- Qualify, nurture, and convert Australian-based leads into booked appointments with Seller Assist CSMs. Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand each customer’s selling and lending needs (e.g. refinance, new purchase, equity release).
- Clearly articulate the value of Seller Assist and our broker network to encourage customers to progress to an appointment.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects to ensure engagement and readiness to proceed.
- Accurately record and track lead progression, activities and outcomes in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and up‑to‑date next steps.
Pipeline Nurturing
- Own and manage a growing Seller Assist pipeline of “not yet ready” clients and maintain warm relationships until they are ready to sell or progress with their lending needs.
- Execute structured nurturing strategies such as scheduled follow‑ups, check‑ins, value‑add touchpoints and reminders.
- Monitor key milestones (e.g. planned sale dates, finance timeframes, campaign go‑live dates) and time outreach to maximise conversion.
- Collaborate with the broader Seller Assist and Home Loans teams to ensure smooth handovers and a consistent customer experience.
- Sales Enablement & Partner Support Support broker and real estate referral partners with timely updates on lead status, appointments and key outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to drive higher referral quality and volume through feedback loops with Agent Services BDMs and brokers.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead trends, conversion metrics, objection themes and opportunity areas to help improve campaigns and sales processes.
- Leverage available tools (e.g. Lendi/Aussie platforms, email, phone, SMS) to streamline the customer journey and prepare customers for meetings (e.g. document upload, completion of online forms).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal brokers, Agent Services BDMs, CSMs, and home loan associates to align on client readiness and next best actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Seller Assist, Real Estate Partnerships, and Home Loans to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Actively contribute to a high‑performance team culture by sharing learnings, participating in sales floor huddles, and engaging in healthy competition.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years background in telephone‑based business development, inside sales, contact centre, or similar high‑volume sales environment.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a proven ability to convert opportunities into appointments against clear KPIs.
Proven experience in cold calling or outbound calls.
- Experience managing a high volume of leads or pipelines within a CRM (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
- Confident speaking with customers, handling objections, and asking commercial questions that uncover needs and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑first mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Desirable Experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) or sales consultant in real estate or mortgage brokerage.
- Exposure to the home loan, finance, or property industries, or a strong interest in building a career in these areas.
- Dual experience across real estate and home loans. Comfortable working to structured sales processes, call guides and activity targets.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
