- Shape the roadmap: Define and drive the FP&A systems roadmap in line with Lendi Group’s broader finance transformation goals.
- Champion continuous improvement: Simplify workflows, enable real-time insights, and help the business make better, faster decisions.
- Empower the team: Drive adoption, training, and best-practice use of new financial tools and data capabilities.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent, with a solid FP&A foundation.
- Manager-level FP&A experience with hands-on exposure to finance systems, process improvement, and planning tools (TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.) in fast-moving, growth-focused environments.
- Experience leading end-to-end system implementations, including integrations (GL, chart of accounts), and delivering smooth, successful outcomes.
- Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a talent for building scalable frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination, able to inspire collaboration across teams.
- Tech-savvy and curious, keen to explore AI and innovative ways to make finance smarter.
- A collaborative communicator who connects finance, technology, and operations to drive meaningful change.
