  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound phone calls to discuss their lending needs
  • Convert leads into qualified appointments for our mortgage brokers
  • Identify refinancing opportunities and assist customers with new purchase financing
  • Utilize our online platform to help customers upload documents and provide key information prior to their appointments
  • Develop a strong understanding of home lending and the Australian mortgage market
  • Collaborate with our team of brokers to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and development

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
  • Detail-oriented approach to handling customer information and financial data
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Basic understanding of financial products and interest in the mortgage industry
