Job Description
As a BIM Coordinator – Landscape, you will play a key role in integrating and applying BIM processes within the landscape team. You will support the design of exterior spaces through a collaborative approach and the effective use of digital tools.
Your expertise will help ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of models and deliverables, while guiding teams in adopting BIM best practices and developing tools, templates, and standards.

Over the past several years, we have undertaken notable projects including:
- Theatre de Verdure : Théâtre de Verdure – Amphithéâtre naturel intégré au parc La Fontaine
- Montreal Irish Monument Park: Parc du Monument irlandais de Montréal
- Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville in Québec City: Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville
What You Will Accomplish With Us
- Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for the landscape team and effectively coordinate models across disciplines.
- Support teams by providing technical guidance on BIM processes, software troubleshooting, and best practices, including the creation of landscape Revit families and the optimization of drafting methods.
- Manage collaboration and data integrity within common data environments (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Develop, maintain, and structure landscape BIM models in Revit.
- Implement current BIM standards, including best practices and the ISO 19650 standard.
- Collaborate with project leads and various disciplines to ensure the quality and compliance of BIM deliverables.
- Conduct regular audits to verify model compliance, naming conventions, and file structure.
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of CAD/BIM libraries, templates, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, urban planning, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in landscape architecture or large-scale urban planning/infrastructure, combined with an advanced understanding of BIM.
- Strong proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- Experience developing and maintaining BIM standards.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance tracking would be considered an asset.
