Job Description
Are you ready to become our in-house expert on drafting and assembling service proposals? Are you a skilled writer with the ability to transform technical details into compelling promotional content? Do you have a knack for project management and excel at bringing together multidisciplinary teams to create impactful service proposals? If so, you might be the ideal candidate we’re looking for.
What you will accomplish with us
Write, revise, and put together the firm's major service proposals in collaboration with project team experts;
Collect information and technical specifications from teams of architects, urban planners, landscape architects, and interior designers;
Analyze and decipher the requirements of calls for tenders to develop winning strategies;
Play a central role in gathering information and coordinating with the Client Services team to provide effective responses to the needs of various departments;
Act as a mentor to team members, ensuring tasks are shared equitably within the team;
Oversee team deadlines and deliverables to ensure they are met;
Ensure the service proposal process is followed, collaborating with the team to enhance it;
Contribute to the layout and editing of proposals to create distinctive content.
Qualifications
- University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business administration or related field;
7 to 10 years of experience in service proposal writing
Experience in the architectural, design, creative, engineering or construction industry is an asset;
Exceptional writing skills to effectively convey the firm’s value and expertise;
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment;
Proficiency in English and French writing, as well as in producing presentations;
Ability to edit, translate, revise and adapt technical terminology.
