Job Description
We’re looking for a collaborative and adaptable Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting both business-as-usual delivery and a major transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work across an evolving technology and business landscape, helping to shape how we modernise systems and improve customer outcomes.
You’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand current processes, support ongoing change, and contribute to the successful delivery of a multi-year transformation programme. This includes helping to replace legacy systems in a modular, iterative way while ensuring continuity and quality across the existing estate.
What you'll be doing:
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements and user stories to support change delivery
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and define requirements
- Supporting the creation and prioritisation of product backlogs alongside Product Owners and Lead BAs
- Mapping business processes, system interactions and data flows to inform delivery decisions
- Collaborating with engineering, QA and design teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions
- Producing clear and consistent documentation to support both BAU and transformation activity
- Supporting the delivery of modular system changes as part of a wider transformation programme
- Driving stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple teams and business areas
Who we're looking for:
- Demonstrating experience working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst across complex environments
- Bringing experience working in agile environments, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Showing strong capability in writing user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
- Applying excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across a range of audiences
- Demonstrating experience working with development and technical teams
- Showing strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand processes, systems and data
- Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Bringing a collaborative, curious approach and openness to new ways of working
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
