Job Description

This position is a 48h contract - from 1st of November 2026 to 30th of April 2027.

🎯 Role:

As a Residence Concierge Assistant, you will support the Residence Concierge and wider resort team in the day-to-day running of luxury properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operational processes and the highest standards of service and presentation. You will play a key supporting role in both property management and guest services, helping to deliver seamless stays across Bramble Ski and Lagom bookings.

✨ Responsibilities:

Property Management Support

  • Assist in familiarising yourself with each property’s operations, technical systems, and entertainment features.

  • Support with property inventories, guest books, and damage reports as directed by the Residence Concierge.

  • Help open and close properties for bookings, following company procedures and checklists.

  • Ensure all admin tasks such as feedback forms, damage checks, budget sheets, and temperature logs are completed accurately and submitted on time.

  • Support with stock management including linen, cleaning products, and other supplies. Help with stock checks and replenishment.

  • Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the property, including communal areas and spa facilities.

  • Assist with flower arrangements and seasonal decorations throughout the property, as directed.

  • Help manage snow/ice clearing and firewood stock when needed.

  • Support in maintaining positive team morale and assisting with minor staff issues, escalating anything beyond your remit to the Residence Concierge or Resort Manager.

 

Guest Concierge Service

  • Support with pre-arrival guest calls (within 24 hours but at least 3 hours before arrival), confirming ETA and assisting with last-minute requests.

  • Welcome guests on arrival alongside or in the absence of the Residence Concierge, introducing them to the property and explaining services and local information.

  • Be present in the property for guest support hours: 08:00–12:30 and 17:00–19:00 (excluding days off), assisting guests with any requests or issues.

  • Escort guests to hire shops and assist with organising lift passes and activities.

  • Help maintain regular contact with guests during their stay, arranging mid-week check-ins and responding promptly to requests.

  • Assist in compiling feedback, damage records, guest notes, and service extras in the CRM system.

  • Support with the presentation of end-of-stay bills and check-outs, reporting any damages and arranging payment for additional services used.

  • Carry out end-of-stay property checks and communicate findings to the Residence Concierge or Resort Management team.

  • Assist in greeting guests, explaining the property and services, and addressing initial questions.

  • Support in damage checks, feedback collection, and logging relevant information in the CRM.

  • Assist with departure reports and end-of-stay procedures.

 

General Duties

  • Provide support with housekeeping, hosting, or cooking duties as required.

  • Be available to provide temporary cover in other resorts or properties (France, Austria, or Switzerland), if needed due to illness or absences.

  • Help maintain the company’s reputation by representing the brand professionally at all times.

  • Adhere to all Covid-19 guidelines and local laws while in company uniform.

  • Uphold guest safety by following allergy protocols and company food preparation guidelines.

  • Wear appropriate, smart clothing and the company-provided jacket when on duty.

  • Use your personal laptop (Microsoft or Apple-compatible) for admin duties; a company phone will be provided for work communication.

  • Follow all grievance, disciplinary, and tip distribution policies as outlined by the management team.

  • Support the training of new team members when directed by the Residence Concierge or management team.

  • Assist in basic maintenance (e.g., unblocking toilets, changing lightbulbs) and escalate larger issues promptly.

  • Run errands or collect additional property items from central stores as needed.

  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and property owners as directed by the Residence Concierge.

 

⚠️ Schedules & specificities:

Bramble Ski operates in accordance with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements.. Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required, particularly during high season.

Working schedules are organized on a rotating basis and communicated at least one week in advance, in coordination with the wider team. All scheduling complies with Austrian regulations on working time, rest periods, and maximum weekly working hours.

Overtime is managed in line with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements and is compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as legally required.

All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with Austrian labour law, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.
