We currently have an exciting position available for an Labour Law Support Consultant, to be based at our branch.

You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:

• Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
• Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
• Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
• Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.
• Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire Labour Law team.
• Secure, develop and maintain client relationships

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R 20 349.00 CTC

You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field
• At least 1 years’ experience in IR within LabourNet
• Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.
