Job Description
As the Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the rapid expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer business and shaping the future of our distribution planning capabilities.
Recently, our company-owned Retail boutique network and E-Commerce activities have experienced significant growth, becoming strategic drivers for the organization. As part of a rapidly evolving Distribution Planning function, this role will play a key role in shaping processes, driving operational excellence and building scalable solutions to support future business growth.
The Distribution Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across the North America network while maintaining healthy inventory levels and supporting business performance.
The role oversees end-to-end distribution planning activities across two strategic areas:
- Replenishment and inventory management of e-commerce satellite warehouses.
- Product supply and inventory optimization for company-owned retail stores.
Acting as a strategic business partner across Retail and E-Commerce Teams, Logistics and Planning teams, the Distribution Manager will balance service, inventory and operational efficiency objectives while contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization's distribution planning capabilities.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribution & Replenishment Strategy
- Develop and execute distribution and replenishment strategies that translate business and customer needs into effective supply chain execution, ensuring optimal product availability and service levels across the network.
- Manage replenishment flows between central and satellite warehouses, while balancing service objectives, inventory productivity and operational constraints.
- Anticipate workload evolution and seasonal business peaks, ensuring resources, processes and tools remain adapted to changing business needs.
- Inventory Management & Optimization
- Monitor inventory health and establish inventory strategies across the network and drive actions to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory and mitigate obsolescence risks.
- Lead inventory reviews and recommend corrective actions based on business performance.
- Drive inventory accuracy across satellite warehouses and retail boutiques through strong partnership, coaching and process discipline with operational teams and external partners.
- Performance Management & Business Partnership
- Lead the monitoring and review of key distribution and inventory KPIs, ensuring stakeholder alignment around priorities, risks and action plans.
- Act as a trusted partner to commercial and operational teams, translating operational performance into actionable business recommendations, supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Facilitate alignment across Planning, Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, Web Operations, Retail and E-Commerce teams.
- Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Support the ongoing development and structuring of the Distribution Planning function.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize operational activities in order to improve scalability and planning tool optimization and support future business growth.
- Participate in strategic projects linked to network evolution, business expansion and future brand integration.

Qualifications
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented and collaborative supply chain professional who thrives in fast-growing environments and enjoys building processes, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelors with Master’s preferred
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Distribution or Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or similar. Experience within the luxury or cosmetics industry is a significant advantage. Experienced supply chain professional ready to lead a growing function.
- Skills
- Strong customer and business orientation, with the ability to translate commercial priorities into operational actions.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience operating in evolving environments with a strong continuous improvement mindset. Strong ability to challenge existing processes and drive sustainable change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems and planning solutions preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
