Position: Supply Chain Process and Re-engineering Intern 

Duration: 6 months, Jul 2026 - Dec 2026 

Job Description

Role Overview: 

As a Supply Chain Process and Data Engineer intern at LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic you will be part of the Supply Chain project team. You will have the unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in one of the largest and most prestigious cosmetic companies in the world. Your primary role will be to support Business Process Owner through data analysis and optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize supply chain processes. Depending on your capacity to learn and adapt, there may also be opportunities for you to take on ad hoc data-driven projects, allowing you to showcase your analytical skills and creativity. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Crunching: Utilize data analysis tools and software to process and analyze large sets of data, identifying trends and patterns with Power BI that facilitate decision-making. 

Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments, including Planning, Logistics, Regulatory, and Production, to ensure alignment with business goals. 

Master Data Processing: Accurately input and maintain product data, create report and propose optimization. 

Process Documentation and Improvement: Identify, recommend and document process improvements to streamline sustainable operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. 

  • Able to commit a 6 months internship from Jul 26 to Dec 26 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, Power Pivot and data analysis tools. 

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn. 

  • Anaplan / SAP / SQL is a plus
