As a Visual Merchandiser, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the APAC VM team to ensure the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies across all stores. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning & Development: Plan and develop merchandising plans for each store in accordance with APAC guidelines.
• Quality & Budget Management: Initiate and monitor the quality and budget expenditure of all locally produced materials and lightboxes with local suppliers.
• New Counter Openings: Work closely with the APAC VM team, retailers, and the sales team to ensure the successful opening of new counters.
• Design & Creation Support: Support the development and creation of physical materials needed for counters, events, campaigns, and special events, following established guidelines.
• Coordination with Contractors: Coordinate with external contractors to design and implement props and promotional areas, ensuring effective installation within the agreed budget.
• Communication: Ensure that merchandising guidelines and details of each promotion are effectively communicated to the team.
• In-store Fixture Maintenance: Collaborate with local suppliers on the maintenance of in-store fixtures.
• Reporting: Responsible for compiling and submitting VM reports for each update and counter.

• 3-7 years Experienced in project management or equivalent
• High leadership with Self-driven, dynamic mindset
• Excellent communication skills both Thai and English
• Good skills in Microsoft (Word, Power point and Excel)
• Have aesthetic sense of beauty
• Proficient to AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator. 3D Max is a bonus
• Good team player and have high problem-solving skills
