Job Description
How will your contributions be highlighted?
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Operations, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring quality control of deliverable developments, contributing to the reliability, performance, and compliance of payroll processing software solutions deployed by the team.
You will actively participate in test planning and execution, documentation of results, and the continuous improvement of quality control processes. You will play a key role in establishing quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
What you will bring to LGI Solutions Health to succeed in the role:
University or college degree in computer science, quality assurance, or a related field;
Significant experience (5 years or more) in a quality assurance or functional analysis role, ideally in the payroll domain;
Knowledge of solutions used in Québec’s healthcare sector;
Strong understanding of payroll rules and processes within Québec’s healthcare network;
Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases;
Aptitude for identifying functional inconsistencies and documenting gaps in a structured and rigorous manner;
Knowledge of testing methods and tools (manual and automated) and of the software development lifecycle;
Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong attention to detail;
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, payroll specialists, etc.);
Knowledge of certain QA tools, processes and methodologies— an asset;
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential and required for this role as the person in this position will be required to communicate with French speaking colleagues and clients.
