Job Description
LGI Healthcare Solutions develops and supports specialized technological solutions in the field of human resources and payroll management. In this context, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to play a leading role in guiding the evolution of our platform and strengthening our ability to meet complex, large-scale needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deepen the analysis of existing systems and consolidate technical documentation.
- Identify critical dependencies and opportunities for evolution.
- Contribute to the evolution of the architecture by ensuring its consistency, performance, and ability to meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the security, cloud, product, and operations teams.
- Provide leadership in improving development practices and tools, including continuous integration, automation, technical documentation, and the integration of AI solutions to support programming, testing, and software quality.
- Support the progressive development of the technical team by identifying complementary expertise to be mobilized.
- Contribute to the development of internal architecture standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years in software or solutions architecture.
- Proven experience with systems based on both modern and legacy technologies (COBOL) in complex environments (e.g., ERP, HR, payroll).
- Recognized technical leadership and ability to work in a multidisciplinary context.
- Service-oriented and cloud architecture: REST APIs, interoperability.
- Awareness of security, compliance, and performance issues in critical systems.
- Bilingualism is required: candidate must be able to work with documentation in both French and English, and communicate fluently orally and in writing with French- and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues
