What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

Leveraging a strong grasp of current lead generation tools and strategies, the Digital Marketing Manager will execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to build online traffic, engage audiences, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales.  

How will your contributions be showcased?

Campaign Marketing:

  • Work with Content Marketing to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to capture, nurture, and engage leads;
  • Segment email lists and optimize email performance through A/B testing;
  • Work with outside agencies to strategize and implement pay-per-click, digital, and social media ads.

HubSpot Management:

  • Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead-scoring models;
  • Integrate, adapt, and manage web pages, landing pages, and blog posts within our CMS (HubSpot) to ensure optimal user engagement and conversion rates;
  • Maintain database, including list creation, clean-up, and segmentation to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Generate reports on digital marketing activities, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and social media engagement.

Web / Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Collaborate with web agencies and internal teams to ensure the company's website is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion;
  • Implement website updates, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization initiatives;
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website;
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement technical SEO improvements;
  • Develop and manage strategies for referral websites such as Capterra and G2 to increase visibility and lead generation.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives;
  • Monitor campaign costs and provide budget reports to management.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing roles, with a proven track record of success, preferably in healthcare IT;
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (a must) and digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (a plus);
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
