Job Description
Support the development and implementation of new production equipment, processes, and technologies, including technical support and training for production teams.
Perform Production Engineering activities including change management, equipment planning, master data creation, and methods of manufacture.
Support the implementation of production concepts, new processes, assembly line setups, and material flows within the plant.
Create and maintain manufacturing master data, including MRP, BOMs, production drawings, MES data, FMEA, board designs, and related documentation.
Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, visual aids, machine instructions, and operator instructions.
Support the implementation of new products and technical changes in accordance with the established Change Management process .
Support the validation and release of production equipment, tooling, jigs, test tables, boards, workstations, layouts, and other production-related equipment and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)through academic and projects.
Strong English proficiency.
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.
