- Implements HSEE Site strategy
- Prepares internal instructions for release
- Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs
- Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures
- Organizes waste management and recycling
- Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance
- Conducts environmental and safety related trainings
- Creates environmental emergency plan
- Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system
- Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents
- Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns
- Is authorized to stop production to mitigate risk of unsafe processes
